Ⅱ. Working Principle of Transformer Oil Purifier Machine

The Transformer Oil Purifier Machine utilizes a multi-stage purification process based on decompression separation, spiral spray atomization, precision filtration, molecular adsorption, and vacuum drying. These combined technologies restore aged insulating oil to meet or exceed national standards for dielectric strength and cleanliness.

 

Working Process:

Primary Filtration
Incoming oil is first directed through a pre-filter that removes larger solid contaminants and particles.

Heating Stage
The pre-filtered oil is then heated to 60–65℃, reducing viscosity and enhancing the efficiency of downstream dehydration.

Vacuum Atomization & Separation
Heated oil enters a spiral spray atomization system, where it forms a thin oil film under vacuum. This increases surface area exposure over 300 times, allowing for rapid evaporation of water and dissolved gases under high-vacuum and high-temperature conditions.

Condensation & Water Separation
Water vapor extracted from the oil is cooled by a multi-stage condenser and collected in a transparent water tank, ensuring safe discharge and easy monitoring.

Final Filtration & Purification
